Bob personally supervises the construction of each of his homes and all of the homeowners in a Prominence Homes subdivision are used to seeing him on site. It is not uncommon for Bob to know all of his homeowners by first name. Bob’s motto for Prominence Homes is “your personal builder” and Bob is personally known to all of his homeowners.

Amy has been in the mortgage industry for 20 years. As a District Manager for the past 10 years, she has been responsible for building and managing residential production throughout the Southeastern United States. Throughout her career, she has hired, trained and mentored many top producing professionals, and is extremely proud of her long term relationships with her employees and customers.

Linda started in the Real Estate industry in 2003 as a general brokerage agent. She transitioned to new homes sales in 2008 when she became the builder representative for Avondale. Linda was awarded Gold Sales Agent of the month in December of 2008 by Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services. She is a member of the Board of Realtors, Home Builders Association, and Triangle Sales and Marketing Council. She currently resides in Raleigh with her husband and 3 daughters.
